– 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 1/2 tsp baking soda – 1/2 tsp cinnamon – 1/4 tsp salt – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened – 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed – 1 large egg – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1/4 cup milk – 1 cup marshmallow fluff – 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Ingredients
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined. Stir in the milk.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden. Let them cool on a wire rack.
Once cool, spread marshmallow fluff on one cookie and sandwich it with another.
