Ingredients
Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a clean, dry bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar while beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
Mix in vanilla extract.
Spoon or pipe small mounds onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 1.5-2 hours until dry and crisp. Let cool.
