Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups grated carrots 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon  ½ teaspoon nutmeg ½ teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
